Company Rules, Regulations & Legal Terms
1. OEM Manufacturing & Product Usage
IActive products (Interactive Flat Panels, PTZ Cameras, AIO Desktops, and related accessories) manufactured or distributed by Blueskart E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd. are intended for enterprise, commercial, educational, and institutional deployment.
All software, firmware, interface designs, trade secrets, trademarks, and brand markings associated with IActive and Blueskart E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd. are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Unauthorized reverse-engineering, firmware decompilation, white-labeling without authorization, or trademark infringement is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
2. Quotations, Commercial Pricing & Payments
• All formal quotations are valid for the period specified therein. Prices are subject to adjustment prior to order confirmation due to global component costs (display panels, semiconductors) and foreign exchange rates.
• Orders are dispatched upon 100% payment realization or in accordance with mutually agreed B2B corporate credit terms. Invoices are issued inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
3. Warranty & After-Sales Repair Policy
IActive hardware carries a standard limited manufacturer warranty starting from 1 year to 3 years starting from the date of tax invoice or if panel based on serial no pasted will be calculated. Specific coverage details (onsite support vs. depot/carry-in repair) depend on the product line and contract agreement.
Warranty does not cover damages resulting from physical impact, liquid spills, improper electrical grounding, power surges, unauthorized third-party repairs, firmware modifications, or removal of product serial numbers.
4. Delivery, Shipping & Onsite Installation
• Logistics/Transport: Delivery timelines are estimated based on courier and freight schedules. Blueskart E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for transit delays caused by force majeure events, customs checks, or regional transport restrictions.
• Installation Requirement: For products requiring specialized installation (such as heavy Interactive Flat Panels or ceiling-mounted PTZ cameras), installation must be conducted by certified iActive engineers to maintain warranty validity.
5. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Jurisdiction
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blueskart E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of business profit, revenue, or data arising out of device downtime or improper product installation.
• This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, legal action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
