Mounting & Setup Workflow
Follow these engineering guidelines to ensure a secure, shake-free installation for both mobile trolleys and fixed VESA wall brackets.
Attach Vertical VESA Bracket Rails
Align the two vertical SPCC steel mounting arms with the rear VESA threaded holes of the interactive flat panel. Insert the provided M6 or M8 safety bolts with spring washers and tighten securely to 12 Nm torque.
Assemble SPCC Steel Stand or Wall Frame
For mobile trolleys, bolt the base legs to the vertical steel columns and engage the 360° polyurethane wheel foot locks. For wall mounts, anchor the horizontal wall plate into concrete or solid wall studs using heavy-duty expansion anchors.
Lift & Hang IFP Panel into Position
With two people, carefully lift the display panel by the side handles. Hook the upper hooks of the vertical VESA arms over the top lip of the trolley or wall frame plate until fully seated.
Engage Anti-Drop Safety Locks & Accessories
Tighten the bottom safety locking screws on both vertical arms to prevent accidental uplift. Snap the magnetic smart stylus to the bezel, insert the OPS PC module into the rear slot, and plug in the 4K wireless dongle.
Professional Installation Recommendation
For 86” and 98” interactive displays, always ensure a minimum of two trained technicians perform the mounting lift. Contact I-Active Support for certified on-site installation services.
